Tai Chi 108 step form
Part I
1. Commencement of Taijiquan
2. Ward off left (Part the wild horses mane)
3. Ward off right
4.(Step up to grasp sparrow’s tail)
Roll back Lui
Press Chai
Push On
Ward off left and right
5. Single whip
6. Raise hands to play the lute
pull back and shoulder stroke
7. White Crane Fans Its Wings
8. Brush left knee and twist step (raise foot)
9. Raise hands to play the lute
10. Brush left knee and twist step
11. Brush right knee and twist step
12. Brush left knee and twist step (raise foot)
13. Raise hands to play the lute
14. Brush left knee and twist step
15. Parry down and punch
16. As if to close the door
